Terms of use
By submitting this registration form, the participant agrees to the conditions set forth herein and commits to complying with them.
Event registration will only be valid after receiving confirmation from the organization and completing the registration payment. In the case of limited spots, registration will be subject to availability. If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify the organization in advance, and any expenses incurred up to the cancellation may be charged.
The participant agrees to provide truthful information in the form. The applicant declares to be over 16 years old. The organization is not responsible for any incorrect data provided.
The organization reserves the right of admission, as well as the right to modify the date, location, or content of the event for justified reasons, notifying participants as far in advance as possible. In case of event cancellation, the organization will inform participants about possible refunds or alternatives.
The participant authorizes the organization to take photographs and videos during the event and to share them among participants or use them for promotional purposes.
